Hey all! I’ve been MIA and I apologize! Still going strong and working my body to its potential everyday. Hoping to be around much more! So…with that being said. Fuel your body right! Here’s brekkie for the day! Try it! It’s good! 

1/2 cup Special K Low Fat Granola- 3 pts
1 6oz Dannon Nonfat Honey Greek Yogurt- 3 pts
Watermelon, blueberries, and strawberries! -FREE!

Normally I would not have a 6pt breakfast but I’m not coming home from work to eat lunch until after 11:30 and it’s 6:30 now! It’s worth it—this concoction keeps you going for hours!
