Formerly hosted on my domain, curls.nu this is a blog dedicated to documenting my own personal journey of health and wellness. In 2007, I realized I needed to make a change, joined Weight Watchers, started taking my gym workouts seriously, and never looked back. I’ve been maintaining a weight loss of over 50lbs for the past five years with an unbelievable amount of support from my family and friends. Here, you won't find thinspo, drastically photoshopped hipbone photos, or starvation diets here. There's one way to do it, and that's the old fashioned way. Oo-rah.
